Sprout.

New brand identity for a people-first HR consultancy focused on delivering growth by developing positive workplace cultures.

Name, brand development, language and copy, visual identity, website, and brand guidelines.

Susi has revolutionised my business, she got right under the skin of what I was looking to achieve and led me to understand the impact of a strong brand identity, getting my name right and how understanding my value proposition could have. I've received an increase in enquiries within two weeks of re-launch and feel like my brand truly reflects what I am offering to the world. Anyone would benefit from her expertise to fuel their growth.

Alastair Clarkson, Founder Sprout

To reinforce the brand’s commitment to fostering client growth through a genuinely people-first culture, we crafted a bold and transparent strapline that not only echoed the spirit of the new name but also embodied the values at the heart of the business. This messaging served as a clear signal of intent, putting people before process, and growth before ego, capturing the essence of the new name and identity.
