With Glenmorangie’s rich history, it was important to honour the brand’s extraordinary tradition while feeling representative of the people who make up the Glenmorangie team. The brand was refined to evoke craftsmanship and heritage, developing language, colours, and photography to showcase the brands Scottish roots.

Collaboration with the Glenmorangie HR team, along with insights gathered from focus groups across the wider team, was crucial to understanding the vision for the new employee branding. This collaborative approach ensured the final project not only aligned with business goals but also resonated with the company’s culture and values.
