Basils Bar & Kitchen

Concept development and roll-out for Edinburgh-based venue with existing hospitality clients looking to add a third venue to their growing family business.

Identity, menu, signage and collateral design.

Green/grey background with one diamond shape sitting over with the letter 'B' in it.

The new venue is situated close to one of Basil Spence's brutalist buildings, which informed the entire project. Working collaboratively with the owners and interior designers, the brand was developed to represent brutalist architecture with early 60s styling.
