Worth Talking

Worth Talking, a life coach helping people realise their potential, wanted to have better conversations with future customers, but was struggling to articulate the offer and to engage in a relevant and memorable way with the target audience.

The Brief

To equip the business owner with a clearer view of their audience and the tools to engage more effectively, laying the groundwork for sustainable business growth.

Research and Insights

After an audit of the existing brand and a discovery session with the owner of Worth Talking, it was clear there was a lack of clarity around the offer and the needs of the target audience. This meant existing communication wasn’t providing the traction required to grow the business.

Learnings

To bring clarity to both the owner and the target audience, the brand needed to be developed and articulated.

  • Understanding the audience and their needs was crucial to the success of the project.

  • Developing a framework for all communications would ensure the right messages were being communicated clearly and consistently.

The Solution

We began by refining the brand foundations, focusing on each of the key pillars to bring structural clarity. This helped both Simon and his clients better understand the core elements of the Worth Talking brand and how it directly addresses the needs of its audience.

Next, we took a closer look at the target audience, creating three distinct personas based on their goals, challenges, and decision-making triggers. With a clear view of each persona’s journey, we developed tailored messaging and content designed to make every interaction feel relevant, valuable, and engaging.

The Results

The final outcome of the project was a detailed messaging framework to support the creation of content that would start conversations, create pathways to engagement and support the growth of the business. As part of the project, I also developed a new logotype to visually align with the refreshed brand direction.

Feedback

Susi provided expert guidance and invested time in getting to know me and my business, what I stood for, what was important to me and how I work with clients. The result was a branding and messaging document that I felt truly connected to. Susi has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I’m really grateful for the help she gave me in creating something that has helped me find my voice and connect to my business. If you’re struggling to find your voice with your business and how to articulate what you’re passionate about, then get in touch with Susi.
