It’s true what they say… sometimes it’s not what you know, but who you know. Through an old drinks industry friend, I was brought on board to create a Whisky Compendium to compliment the vast range of whiskies available at the idyllic Balmaha Oak Tree Inn, on the shores of Loch Lomond.
